Dear Earth Prayers Family!

Another month has passed. The word "month" comes from the moon. Originally, a month was a lunar cycle. Much has moved in this month/moon since the last Earth Prayers newsletter, in the most diverse places around the world. Our good wishes and financial support have once again set many things in motion. Not only among the people and projects we have supported, but also within ourselves, as we have spiritually and financially nurtured certain aspects of life.

You are probably familiar with the theory that a butterfly's wingbeat can change the weather worldwide. We see the Earth Prayers Initiative in the same way. Our small, subtle impulses can create more movement in the collective consciousness than we often imagine. In this spirit, we take one step after another, from moment to moment, from moon to moon.

For those who are new to Earth Prayers: We nurture one of seven life areas each week. These themes rotate week by week, year in, year out. Every seven weeks, we nurture the same theme again, deepening our intention and actions in a spiraling manner. Each week is dedicated to a specific theme, and every week we support a person or project working in that theme, allowing our global idea to have a concrete impact in the world.

The following are the seven Earth Prayers themes and their associated imagery:

Free Seeds

Sustainable Agriculture

Nature & Culture

The Empowered Woman (The Empowered Man)

Free Development for Children

Holistic Health

Heart’s Desires

In the month of March, we will nurture the following life areas:

3–9.3.2025 Sustainable Agriculture

10–16.3.2025 Nature & Culture

17–23.3.2025 The Empowered Woman (The Empowered Man)

24–30.3.2025 Free Development for Children

Let’s move on to this month’s projects:

🌞 3–9.3.2025 Sustainable Agriculture ~ Vuka Daraja - Lochuch Ngoo, Porridge, School, Agriculture, and the Elderly ~ Baragoi, Kenya ❤️

Our first project this month is, once again, Vuka Daraja na Jirani in Baragoi, Kenya. Lochuch and his wife Ari are dedicated to food sovereignty, as well as the education of children and meeting the basic needs of the elderly in the community.

Recently, Ari and Lochuch have also completed a small shop for selling their own fruits and vegetables and a chicken coop. They take care of their own needs and then share as much as they can. This is a great example of how important it is to take good care of oneself.

Here, I’d like to share a YouTube video from Lochuch in which he introduces us to his demo farm in Baragoi. At the end, he invites https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ScNKXz2SUs

In this spirit, we want to nurture and support the work of the Vuka Daraja na Jirani association (Cross the Bridge with the Neighbor) this month with our heartfelt energy and financial support! May Lochuch and Ari continue to touch and inspire many people with their big hearts—just as they have inspired me.

🌞 10–16.3.2025 Nature & Culture ~ Museum of Sacred Plants - Cuzco, Peru ❤️

The second project of the month is once again the Museum of Sacred Plants in Peru. Since our initial support of 500 euros, significant renovations have already been made to the old house in Cuzco. With further support, we aim to assist Milagros and her family in continuing to share knowledge and wisdom about a variety of plants with the residents and tourists of Cuzco! May the Museum of Sacred Plants continue to thrive! The renovation process and the construction of a small café are progressing steadily!

🌞 17–23.3.2025 The Empowered Woman ~ Krem Hurtado - Music Album ~ Pasto, Colombia ❤️

In the third week of March, we will once again focus on the music production of Krem Hurtado in Colombia. Krem is highly creative, loves to express herself musically, and our goal is to support her in recording her album with our heartfelt energy and financial support. May she fully embrace her creativity and inspire many people with it!

🌞 24.3.–30.3.2025 Free Development for Children ~ Casita Redonda - Project Cuatros ~ Venezuela ❤️

In the last week of the March moon, we once again dedicate ourselves to Casita Redonda in La Azulita, Venezuela. We have supported the work of Arlenys and her husband several times already. They are deeply committed to the happy, creative, and joyful growth of the children in their community. At Casita Redonda (Round House), the neighborhood children are welcome to be creative and heartfelt, to connect, and to learn.

We had the honor of making the bathroom and toilet waterproof with our financial support and enabling the creation of tables, chairs, and cabinets.

Here is a short video that Arlenys sent us a few days ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TwHf7IP82Uc

Now it’s about purchasing the quintessential and most commonly played Venezuelan instrument, "El Cuatro." The Cuatro is a small, four-stringed, ukulele-like plucked instrument. Several of these instruments are now to be crafted for the children of Casita Redonda, so they can express themselves musically and further their skills! We are thrilled to support this musical step with our heartfelt wishes and financial blessings!

Arlenys from Casita Redonda recently shared the following words with us:

"What you do with Earth Prayers is sow hope and inspire the desire to keep going!"

Here, we share the figures from the past month with you!

We wish you a wonderful month of March from the bottom of our hearts! Thank you for your interest and for our shared efforts!
