We are delighted to welcome you again in the month of July and wish the people in Central Europe, now in the height of summer, time to let go, to enjoy and to relax. Even though there are many challenges in the world right now, it is always important that we take good care of ourselves, rest well and gather new strength.
As you know, we are very closely connected with the people in Venezuela. This also has to do with the fact that I lived in Venezuela for almost three years and got to know and deeply appreciate the people, the culture and the nature.
All the more, after the earthquakes at the end of June along the Venezuelan coast, our sympathy and compassion go out to the thousands who were buried, those who lost their lives, and all the people who lost their families and their belongings.
From the very beginning, Earth Prayers has supported many projects in Venezuela — many small, deeply touching and valuable initiatives. This will not change; we will continue to support visions and people in this wonderful country both financially and with the power of our hearts. This month, we also want to support initiatives in Venezuela that are now actively helping in the aftermath of the earthquake in one of the weekly projects. We will call this project “Venezuela te amo” — translated “Venezuela, I love you” — in the week of 20.–26.7.
Most of you know how Earth Prayers works. For those who are new, I would like to explain it once again. We focus primarily on supporting one initiative somewhere in the world every week of the year. We achieve this through many regular donors who send a monthly donation to Earth Prayers with the reference: “Donation Earth Prayers - All weekly projects.” Currently, 170 people have set up such a standing order, enabling us to send just under 600 euros every week to a project here on Earth. Your monthly donation is divided by 4.3 and then distributed evenly among all the weekly projects. For example: If you donate 25 euros per month, each weekly project receives 25 : 4.3 = 5.8 euros from you.
The second way to financially support a project is if you would like to specifically promote a particular project. In that case, please donate exactly in the week when we are promoting a project, with the reference: “Project of the week - ‘Name of the project’.” Then this money will go 100 percent directly to that specific project.
Here I have recorded a short video for you that explains how Earth Prayers works.

The events in Venezuela, just like the wars in Iran, Lebanon, Palestine, Russia, Ukraine, Congo, Sudan, etc., repeatedly make us aware of how fragile human life often hangs by a very thin thread and how grateful we can be for this human life. It also repeatedly reminds us that we belong to one great human family and how important it is that we stand together and support the people who are in urgent need of our help right now.
Now let’s turn to the projects of this month.
🌞 6.–12.7.2026 ~ Sustainable Agriculture ~ Ecovillage Molinillo ~ La Azulita ~ Venezuela ❤️
In the Molinillo Ecovillage in San Luis, Venezuela, agricultural production is very important. The focus is on producing foods that support consciousness, strengthen the immune system, are nourishing, and help eliminate parasites in the body. In addition to agroecology, areas such as natural building, art, crafts, and ancestral ceremonies are also central here.
Products such as sauerkraut, kimchi, dried fruits, fresh produce, tinctures, and herbal medicine are already being made. The seeds of various plants are propagated within the ecovillage itself. The aim now is to facilitate and multiply production.
This is to be achieved by purchasing good equipment for making oils, milling grain, a dehydrator, a blender, a digital scale, etc. — around 1,600 euros are needed for this. We are happy to support this vision of the Molinillo Ecovillage in the Venezuelan Andes with all our hearts!

🌞 13.–19.7.2026 ~ Nature & Culture ~ Permaculture Course Places for 3-4 People from Kenya ~ Moshi ~ Tanzania ❤️
In November, Bernhard Gruber from the Austrian Forest Garden Institute will be holding a Permaculture Design Course at the foot of Kilimanjaro from 9–20 November 2026. We have already supported his wonderful work by financing the distribution of many permaculture books to schools in Tanzania. It is the first permaculture book in the language of Tanzania — Swahili. Permaculture is so valuable, and it is groundbreaking when children already learn about it in school — and now with a suitable book.
We want to enable 3–5 people from Kenya to participate in this permaculture certificate course. Particularly motivated people from Kenya who want to further their education in this field should be given the opportunity to have transport, food, and course costs covered. In the past, we have supported several agricultural projects in Kenya. These people who are active in agriculture should, if interested, have the chance to become permaculture experts.
For this, 2,800 euros (for 4 places) or 3,500 euros (for 5 places) are needed. We are very happy that Bernhard Gruber will be sharing his knowledge and wisdom in the field of permaculture in Tanzania! There are also places available for people from Europe — who pay more for the course and thereby also enable some sponsored places for people from the area around Kilimanjaro.
Here is the link to this course at the foot of Kilimanjaro. We are very pleased to be able to contribute to the spread of permaculture in East Africa! Here is the link to the Permaculture Certificate Course ...
🌞 20.–26.7.2026 ~ The Empowered Woman ~ Venezuela Te Amo ~ Support after the Earthquakes ~ Venezuela ❤️
On the coast of Venezuela, thousands of people were buried and lost their lives in two strong earthquakes. Earth Prayers has a long and heartfelt connection with Venezuela and the people of Venezuela. We wish the people and the country much healing, strength, patience, and time to process everything that happened at the end of June in Venezuela.
Valesca Merizalde comes from Venezuela but has been living in Austria for several years. She approached us to ask whether we could support small initiatives doing important work in the aftermath of the earthquakes. The people in Venezuela are a great example to humanity in this moment; they are full of compassion, solidarity, and determination to help those who have lost family and belongings. Many of these small initiatives that are now active in Venezuela urgently need money to act efficiently and with heart for the good of the country.
We are dedicating the donations of this week to small initiatives in Venezuela where help is given from person to person, and we are leaving the selection of these initiatives to Valesca. She is in contact with many friends, family, and acquaintances and has a very good overview of where our help is needed and makes the most sense right now. We are calling this week’s project: “Venezuela te amo”. This means: “Venezuela, I love you”. For example, there is a dear acquaintance of ours who goes to the parks and distributes meals and water to the people who are now living there because they have lost their homes.
Life is so precious and can be so fragile. Deeply touched from the bottom of our hearts, we support our brothers and sisters in Venezuela.
🌞 27.7.–2.8.2026 ~ Free Development for Children ~ One Egg per Week and a Teacher ~ Alipurduar ~ India ❤️
We have already been able to support this touching project in India previously with the purchase of sweaters for the children for the cold season. The first pictures above show the children wearing the sweaters sponsored by Earth Prayers.
Once again, we want to contribute to making life a little better for these children. There are about 85 children living in the poorest conditions and under very difficult circumstances on the edge of a river that floods the people’s homes every year and existentially threatens the residents.
The children are given access to school here and are motivated and supported to go to school every day. Teachers are paid to be able to teach these children. With our donations, the first priority is to ensure that every child can receive one egg per week. If any money is left over, an additional teacher is to be hired.
We got to know the initiator of this project here in Graz. Her stories touched us deeply, and one thing is certain: the children are received and treated in this school with a great deal of love and care. We are happy to support this wonderful project again and again with all our hearts!
Finally, as usual, we share with you the figures for the month of June. In a few days, these funds will be sent to the respective projects, and our financial strength can then work together with our best wishes in the various places! Thank you for being part of it!

Warm regards, and we wish you all a wonderful July!
