Earth Prayers Letter - May 2025

Dear Earth Prayers Family!

We are delighted to welcome you with this newsletter in May 2025 as well! Week after week, our heartfelt best wishes and prayers, and of course our financial support, flow to a person, a project, an initiative, or a vision.

This network of goodwill grows week by week, weaving a tapestry of peaceful coexistence and mutual benevolent support around the Earth. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your interest!

By the end of March, Earth Prayers has reached a total donation amount of 123,945.67 Euros since its founding!

Isn’t that a particularly beautiful number! We thank all of you for our collective efforts!

In recent weeks, we have received some beautiful texts, photos, and videos from the projects supported lately, which we are, of course, happy to share with you.

MaGa (María Gabriela) from Venezuela has implemented her project with women in rural Venezuela. She traveled to La Azulita and conducted language training on the topics of women, independence, and ecotourism. Both in person and online. Some beautiful photos emerged from these meetings, which she shared with us. With these words, MaGa addresses the Earth Prayers family:

"We would like to thank Earth Prayers for having faith in the Lunarte project! You have given oxygen to the LUNARTe project, which a year ago was still in its early stages and today is a triumph and reality for many involved.

A success and a reality for many people who have participated in this project. It is a project that combines learning, exchange, and growth with skills, skills that empower Venezuelan rural women.

Thank you for continuing to do this with so many other projects!

These loving contributions, which can make the difference between existence and non-existence, and thank you for your special love for Venezuela.

I especially thank Philipp for being a channel for these small potential miracles that are brought to life."

With our support, the Arawi Moqwa Orchestra was able to purchase a speaker for their performances and a keyboard. Most recently, we had supported the purchase of violins.

The Lmartin People Association in Sukuta Marmar, Kenya, visited another school in Samburu and provided school supplies, sports equipment, and sports uniforms. The children, parents, and teachers of the school were thrilled!

All these initiatives have also sent us wonderful videos, which we will provide with German subtitles and upload to our YouTube channel in the coming weeks!

Now let's move on to the seeds of this month, to the projects and areas we want to nurture and strengthen this month: with the help of our best wishes/prayers and with the help of our financial support.

🌞 5.-11.5.2025 ~ the empowered woman (the empowered person) ~ Oriana - Independence ~ Venezuela ❤️

Oriana lives with her two children in a village in the state of Zulia, Venezuela. She loves baking sweets and has earned her living this way in the past. Unfortunately, her appliances, such as the mixer and the oven, have now broken down.

The reality in Venezuela remains tough for most people. Inflation is high, and life is expensive compared to income. We want to wholeheartedly support this single mother to be able to earn money again through her own efforts!

In total, 600 euros are needed for a new oven, mixer, and another kitchen appliance! Together, we can sustainably change this woman’s life and guide her back to independence! It is very moving that together we can make such a tangible difference!

🌞 12.-18.5.2025 ~ Free Development for Children ~ BiBez Kaindorf ~ Austria ❤️

This week, we aim to financially support a free school in Styria. We admire the courage and dedication of the parents of these children, who, in the words of BiBez, strive to better accommodate the individuality and pace of each child during their learning time!

BiBez Kaindorf seeks support from the Earth Prayers family to implement two workshops. At the same time, new long-term sponsors would be warmly welcomed at BiBez! We are aware that, with our donation power at Earth Prayers, we can currently make a stronger impact on other continents than here in Europe. However, it feels essential to also nurture and strengthen the seeds in our homeland. The mere fact that initiatives and projects here gain attention can be very supportive.

Here is the support request from BiBez Kaindorf:

"Dear Earth Prayers Family, to empower our children for the future and teach them ecological knowledge as well as a sustainable and gentle approach to our planet’s resources, we would be very grateful for the funding of two workshops with Mag. Karoline Uteseny.

The following two workshops are currently desired:

1) The Living Soil - Exploring Soil Creatures and Their Ecological Significance

2) Deadwood is Not Dead - How Deadwood Brings Diverse Life to the Forest

Here, BiBez Kaindorf introduces itself a bit:

"We are a free private school with the goal of supporting our children in the most natural way possible. Based on our experiences in the conventional school system (performance pressure, grading, etc.), a strong desire grew in us to bring about change and truly honor the individuality and pace of the children.

Goal:

The mission of our school is to provide children with diverse cognitive, physical, personal, and social backgrounds with opportunities and support to develop into mature, self-confident, responsible, capable, and socially competent individuals at their own pace and according to their abilities."

We are happy to support this free school this month with all our hearts and are thrilled if, with our support, the two desired workshops can take place and touch the hearts of the children!

🌞 19.-25.5.2025 ~ Holistic Health ~ Ltangires Lesorogol - Student Room Nairobi ~ Kenya ❤️

Over a year ago, Ltangires began studying at the University of Nairobi. Finding affordable accommodation has proven difficult for him, but he was able to stay with friends for a year. This option is no longer available, and he has reached out to us to see if we can support him. We want to enable him to have a shared four-bed student room near the university for the next three years. This will require around 2,400 euros.

This way, Ltangires can better focus on his studies, even though he still has to cover his tuition fees himself. At the very least, we want to ensure he no longer has to worry about the cost of his accommodation! From the bottom of our hearts, we support this warm and hardworking young man!

🌞 26.5.-1.6.2025 ~ Heartfelt Wishes ~ Brother Festival ~ Austria ❤️

For the second time, we are supporting the Brother Festival in the Waldviertel. We are aware that healing work and mutual support among men, as well as among women, is medicine for the Earth, and we want to wholeheartedly support the beautiful vision of the Brother Festival again this year.

Here, Daniel Zeilinger explains how the support will be used this year:

"For this year’s third Brother Festival, we have the opportunity to support a brother with his twins. So far, they have joined for the final two days of the festival, but this time, thanks to the support structure, they will be able to participate for the full duration. As the brother and father of the children is in a precarious situation, we want to cover the basic costs for this small family through the Earth Prayers funding and lend him a helping hand to make their participation possible.
